{UAH} Common wealth games in Perth 1962(part 2)

1.'Benson Ishiepai, Etesot, born 1936. Member of the Uganda Police. Has been selected for the 120 and 140 Yards Hurdles, at which events he first represented Uganda in 1961. This year Uganda Champion at 120 Yards Hurdles and runner-up in 440 Yards Hurdles. Best time of 14.4 seconds and 53 seconds. '
 
2.'William Noah Kamanyi, Muganda, born 1942. A student at King's College Budo. First competed for Uganda in 1961 and has a best performance in the Long Jump of 24ft. 11 ins.'
 
3.'Severinus Obura, Lango, born 1936. A teacher. Current Uganda Champion in the Long Jump, at which event he has a best performance of over 24 ft.'.
 
4.'Deogratias Kagurasi Rwabugwene, Mukiga, born 1941. First represented Uganda in the 3 miles in 1961, having a best performance of 14 mins 20sec at this distance. Selected to run the marathon in Perth, being the Uganda champion with a best time of 2 hrs 41 mins 58 secs. A student at St. Mary's College, Rushoroza'
 
5.'Jorem Ochana, Etesot, born 1935, A member of the Ugandan Police. Has represented Uganda in Inter-Territorial competition since 1958. Travelled to Cairo earlier this year for the first All-African Athletic Championships, winning the 400 metres and 400 metres Hurdles. He has best times of 46.9 seconds for 400 metres, 47.5 seconds for 440 Yards and 52.5 seconds for 440 Yards Hurdles.'
 
6.'Lawrence Rino Ogwang, Lango, born 1932. Employed by the Lango Distric local Government. Captian of the combined Commonwealth Games in Vancouver in 1954 and was again selected for the Cardiff Games in 1958. He also took part in the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956. Earlier this year, he represented Uganda at the All-African Games in Cairo, winning the Triple Jump. He is the Uganda Native record-holder and has a best performance of 51ft. 4 ins.'
