HAS UGANDA EVER OWNED A CARGO SHIP DURING IDI AMIN ADMINISTRATION?

I am told that in adition to lake Nalubaale Ships meant to ply roots of Kisuumu and Mwanza to Lizira, MV Kaawa and Kabaleega, The president also bought a sea going Cargo ship to compliment a huge chunk of Ugandan land he aquired at Mombasa port for Ugandan traders goods to avoid paying damrage. Where is The Ship? Is the land still available?
