{UAH} How to cope with hot temperatures

How to cope with hot temperatures

It was too hot the other day and my attempt to get hot water/tea, coffee was fruitless. People could not believe it, saying: 'Man, are you normal? How can you take hot stuff in such weather?' That was/is and remains wrong.

In such hot weather, if you want to cool down, just take hot water. Because, not long after that intake, the body temperature raises, the nervous system then instructs sweating. And why sweating?

Because, as the sweat emerges on the surface of the skin, whose interior is already hot, the sweat heats up and evaporates, extracting heat from the body and then the body cools down.
