{UAH} there is a growing security problem in the country.

Peace is not merely the absence of war.

Now its time to understand that it is not Museveni who brought peace to Uganda but rather Ugandans themselves who had got tired of bad regimes. Ok let him enforce it if he can as he always brag around.
