{UAH} What is it that we are not doing right?

Look at the Chinese in 1966 during the china cultural revolution china was unsophisticated country today you go to every African country if the Chinese are not building roads they are building airports if they are not building airports they are building railways if they are not building railways we are importing finished goods from them. the Chinese know what they want and they are at it. but look at us 50 years down the line we are still raw material exporters ,we still can not feed our self, economically we are still punching below the belt . Do Africans know what they want? What is it that we are not doing right?
