We just saw him a few days back at the Blankets and Wine event with best friend, Ed Cheune, but looking at that pic closely, you can tell all was not well and for a man who drinks like fish, he was pumping his system with a fizzy drink as opposed to his expensive liquor.

His last post, a short video clip about the Blankets and Wine event was on May 11 and since then, to be exact, for the last 72 hours, Zari's ex has been battling with a heart problem at a medical facility in Pretoria, South Africa.

Zari has asked all to include her baby daddy in prayers
Zari - "Lets pray for Ivan Please...."

Fans, friends and relatives including his three sons have since been sending him get well wishes. "Last 2 days have been hard. Let's pray for IVAN please." The mother of his three sons, Zari Hassan, revealed on Snap Chat.

The Rich Gang President is admitted at Steve Biko Academic Hospital.

In set is Ivan with Zari's brother on May 9

Possible causes of CAD

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the most common type of heart disease. It affects millions of people. The cause is not yet fully established, but it's linked to several factors;

  • High Blood Pressure - The higher the blood pressure (BP) the greater the risk for CAD.
  • Overweight - An overweight person often has high blood pressure and blood fat disorders.
  • Lack of exercise - Can lead to CAD and exercising has many benefits to the heart.
  • Stress - It may aggravate angina in patients' with CAD, which may lead to a heart attack.
