{UAH} Labour Day vs Pensioners annual increment/why its denied 20 years now.

As the world celebrates Labour Day today Ugandans must remember that Yoweri Kaguta Museveni cancelled Pensioners annual increment as soon as he came to power in 1986.

Pensioners money is not a favour. It is a Constitutional right. We are not told where that money goes.Museveni knows where it goes.

Somebody has been stealing that money for the last 30 years since Museveni came to power.

As Museveni is giving billions in handshake to a selected few who each get millions he should be reminded that he has been stealing Pensioners money for the last 30 years.
