SV: {UAH} PADHOLA/ TESO LAND WRANGLE

GOOK,
I DON'T THINK SO. I WOULD, IF UGANDAN HAVE NOT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ELECT THEIR OWN REPRESENTATIVES.

After all, UAHers seem always to know what president Museveni thinks, what strategy he has under sleeves even before he opens his mouth!!

if I know some one the way UAH-ters seem to know Museveni, I bet, the individual would not outwit me with tricks and stuff.

There is another awkward thing going on between the Madi and Acoli. I don't have the format clear yet but since the Idi Amin era eller more to the point, due to it, the Acoli and the Madi have actually never lived together peacefully. We did, before the Amin coup of 1971.

There is this hazardous surface tranquility. The believe in that is the lure. It is like the Karamajongs and Turkana of the 1960s. Deceptive images!!

THE UPDF SHOULD HAVE A STRONG BATALLION ON THE BORDER BETWEEN AJUMANI AND AMURU ((just as police and armed forces units were placed in Karamoja in the 1960s)).

There is a lot of vengeance in the air that unscrupulous shrewd contriver politicians waste no time to utilize.

The borders maps are there BETWEEN ACOLI AND MADI DISTRICTS. Even if newer districts are formed, the original proceeding borders are there.
Noc'la gaumoy.
"WE FORM THE CULTURE THAT FORMS US"….noc'la gaumoy.

Gook /Edward p'Ojim, check the utube video I posted. The deadline to the Itesot is actually one week! A bit worrying, although it may just be scaremongering. Nevertheless they are sailing very close to the wind- the boat may capsize tossing unsuspecting village folks into raging torrents without life jackets!!

Bobby and Gook;

That development ought to worry every sane person, not only in Tororo district, but in Uganda in general.

I don't speak for, nor am I affiliated with the UPC leadership in Tororo. As a matter of fact, I'm not even affiliated with any political party in Uganda.

But that's less important than the fact that I'm a son of the soil, and that I do not wish any troubles for our people.

The district dispute is being pushed by politicians who want exert their lordship over hapless citizens.

The Jopadhola and Itesots have lived in peace, as neighbors and siblings, for over a century. So, the genesis of the skirmish that is being threatened today, has its source at the doorsteps of such aggressively myopic political leaders as Ekenya.

He and a small but loud group of former LC leaders, have been pressing for a separate district since 2005. President Museveni has played up this ridiculous demand to his political benefits: he promises the separatists their demand, but turns around and tells the Jopadhola that he won't allow the district to be divided.

Now, as you report, folks may be arming themselves for a war. I hope the report in incorrect, but in the unlikely event that it is, one would expect the full presence of the government to step in and reign in peace.

I have read in the UPC forum that  ALEAFLER is circulating in Tototor which gives the |Itesots 2 weeks to leave Tororo? I will try to get the exact wording of the leaflet, but it is really worrying. Do have any better information than I have? Who is dealing with the matter from the UPC side?
