BREAKING - FRANCE: 4 people have been wounded after a Muslim terrorist threw a firebomb at a restaurant in Paris. 3 people were severely burned and a 4th sustained minor injuries. UPDATE: 12 injured including 6 police officers. Police investigating whether the terror attack was a crime.
