Grenfell Volunteer Support-Workshop
🌐 Have you been volunteering to help Grenfell Tower Fire victims?
🌐 Have you experienced stress, sleep deprivation, feeling anxiety?
🌐 Have you broken down, cried?
🌐Do you feel exhausted? Burnt out?
🌐Are you having mood changes?
🌐 Or just want to talk about your experiences in a safe environment.
These are normal experiences when dealing with disasters, death, burial.
This workshop will support YOU, our front line volunteers to overcome some of these issues, feelings and emotions when dealing with major incidents like at Grenfell.
Eden Care, Dr Caroline and Dr Zaza can help you to deal and overcome some of these issues.
