{UAH} If Museveni wants to bet on winners, here's a list for him

Folks;

Onyango-Obbo introduces us to four intrepid Ugandans whose innovations have the potential to address some of our most basic but perennial pains, and wishes President Museveni would meet the inventors with his usual sacks of money.

It's a tall order, because the president uses those sacks of money to repay some of the debts he incurred during his bush wars, and to solicit votes.
