Owen Smith, the Welsh MP who challenged Jeremy Corbyn in the failed coup attempt here makes a public apology. I have heard others like Chukka Ummunna also make half-hearted apologies. They are now realising that Jeremy Corbyn has actually saved them their seats as Labour won most of the London seats, including Kensington, the heart of the city and centre of  money, which has never in the entire history of parliamentary democracy been won by Labour.
