{UAH} Museveni enters $265m deal with China

The Chinese have found a soft spot with Museveni.
They come without any basic studies and force projects down the throat
of government. By the time we understand what has been done, the
Chinese are gone and project is creating more problems than it would
have solved.
Nakivubo channel is one of them at 23 billion shillings. We bought it
to kill Lake Victoria.
How is the Chinese BRT integrated into human residential areas or the
transit if at all is a transit or will be just one way?
Buziga, Mutundwe, Gazaya, Sissa etc all real estate's around Kampala
are not planned at all – then how do you create BRT system? Is not
silly?
We need first and foremost to move people along the railway line into
planned human settlements before we can implement the BRT – it is not
a matter of talking about it and it happens!?
