{UAH} State seeks time to reply Nyanzi mental status case

Kampala: "The State wants Dr Nyanzi to be subjected to a mental examination on account that she has a history of silly acts. The prosecution cites incidents of undressing publicly and while in police detention after arrest she had periodic erratic episodes related to strange behaviour characterised by gross indecent utterances."

I ask you: What would the same State recommend about Museveni with his acts of waylaying buses, mining roads, looting banks etc when he protested 1980 "rigged" elections if it can recommend Dr. Nyanzi's mental assessment for undressing to protest her removal from MUK? I suspect they would recommend him for lock up without seeing light for 57 years.
