{UAH} UTL is on road to recovery, says minister Anite

How could UTL fail where commercial, residential and industrial
estates have no fixed lines? ow many local governement have landlines
or business in Uganda have fixed lines - how do you transact private
and public business with on expensive mobile phones?!

It is surprising that NRM wakes up when issues just get worse.

Anite just saving from those who were earning 35o million does to make
any corporation improe its profitability- make sure that real estates
are planned and UTL provide communication infrastructure. You need all
Uganda permanent residences to have fixed lines and that is where the
money is not Libyan investments! Capitalism too needs guidance and
public investment in public infrastructure!
