Annet, the reason for not having Transcripts this time around was very well documented and very clear. Some members of staff colluded with students, compromised their own system and altered student marks. Many that had retakes were then able to graduate. A number of staff are behind bars and others suspended as the University takes stock of what really transpired. A big group of students are also facing disciplinary committees in their respective Colleges. Some students have confessed and revealed the people who were behind this. I am not a fan of management but this time round it is very unfair to blame the University when it is individual criminals that are making everyone suffer.

Fellow Ugandans...

Allow me to share with you the current state of disapointments experienced by graduants from MUK

1. When students complete their course no transcripts are given. The either need to bribe or stay with no transcript. The effect of this is that they have lost jobs as no one can give u a job unless they are sure you completed yoir studies.

when asked a few who work inside MUK they claim they have so many students that is the reason as to why they have have failed to produce their transvripts in time....would you agree with such explanation...

When i spoke to a few students waiting for their transcripts now its two years they clearly stated it that they deliberately refuse to produce their transcripts to discourage students from going to MUK rather they should got these first family university like the KIUs and the like...

I did speak to one from KIU about their transcipr ..she said they dont have issues with their transcript once they finish they are given their transcripts.

At first i thought the MUK students did not pay all tuition fees or did not pass exams....that was clalified that they paid all fees and passed all exams and graduated as their names were printed well in the graduation book and news papers.

The trend goes on to affect first degree or diploma holders...to post graduates  .
Now why make those kids in MUK fail to access their transcripts when they actually worked hard for it.....

Then i listen to the MUK students explaining as to why they cant get thrir transcripts...

one said this govt does not like MUK students because they strongly oppose the way country is led.....the pay back is to deny them many chances either of going for futther studies or no access to employment ....

Lets research more about this sort of concern to ugandans

Folks;

As the extent of their collusion with Russia continues to widen and deepen, Team Trump has thrown all sorts of theories to divert attention elsewhere. Their latest defense is that if the Russian lawyer was that bad, how could the Secret Service have cleared her to meet with the president son, Donald Jr.

The response, from the Secret Service, is succinct and biting: Donald Jr. was not under the protection of the Secret Service, and therefore, the Service had no business vetting whomever he desired to meet.

The U.S. Secret Service pushed back on an assertion one of President Donald Trump's lawyers made today on ABC News' "This Week" that the agency should have prevented Russians from meeting last year with the president's eldest son.
"I wonder why the Secret Service, if this was nefarious, why the Secret Service allowed these people in," attorney Jay Sekulow said this morning of the meeting Donald Trump Jr. arranged with a Russian lawyer during the 2016 campaign. "The president had Secret Service protection at that point, and that raised a question with me."
But the Secret Service rejected Sekulow's comment in a statement to ABC News.
"Donald Trump Jr. was not under Secret Service protection in June 2016," according to the statement. "Thus we would not have screened anyone he was meeting with at that time."
The president had Secret Service protection but it would not have included vetting people who met with members of his campaign staff.
Donald Trump Jr. released emails last week revealing that he had arranged to meet with a Russian lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, with the hopes of receiving potentially damning information about Trump's election rival, Hillary Clinton.
The meeting came under additional scrutiny Friday with the revelation that additional people with connections to the Russia government attended the meeting, including a long-time lobbyist.
Sekulow's comment about the Secret Service was met with criticism on Twitter today, including from Frances Townsend, the former homeland security adviser to President George W. Bush, and Richard W. Painter, Bush's ethics lawyer.
