Yes, AKIM'S friends in Gulu won the last election but have since failed to deliver a thing.

Now they come with a new inventions: THE WORLDS BIGGEST HUT AND RECREATION CENTER TO BE BUILT IN GULU PUBLIC CENTRAL PARK ska KAUNDA GROUND!!!!!

Well, it sounds like a good thing. And indeed Gulu needs a RECREATION center or leisure center.

Problem is, this is a private initiative : PRIVATE VENTURE BY A PRIVATE ENTERPRISE TO BE BUILT ON A PUBLIC PARK!!!!!!!????

AKIM, TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO TOUCH OUR CENTRAL PARK....., A FUTURE PUBLIC ORCHAD!

TELL THEM TO A BETTER LOCATION.
