South MP Jacob Oboth-Oboth is in the final stages of drafting the consitutional amendments Bill aimed at lifting the restrictions imposed on age limits of any one aspiring for the presidential office.
The crooked serial love cheat scambag Oboth,the chairperson of the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee is about to embark on a project which will cement Museveni's life rule by lifting the cap that disqualifies him to further extend his rule.
Article 102 (b) states that a person to qualify for election as President must be—
(b) not less than thirty-five and not more than seventy-five years of age; .
Precisely this what corrupt Oboth parliamentary legal committee is working on to overturn. I am warning this delusional fat face creature that some of us have the infinite gift of cursing by word of mouth. To the people of Budama I hand this culprit back to you so that you can pass your own verdict on him , from now on it's not business as usual .
