{UAH} GOOK, COLLECT YOUR PROFFESIONOLO MINDS, I NEED YOU TO SCRUTINISE A FRAUD

GOOK and all of you lawyers alike, 

There is this fraud that has been going on at the High Courts around Uganda.. THE GULU HIGH COURT HAS ITS OVERWHELMING DOS TOO.

HOW DOES A CASE FILE MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEAR FROM THE COURT, JUST LIKE THAT?!

AND, IF IT DOES WHILE SOME PARTS IN CASE ACTUALLY DO HAVE DOCUMENTS THAT INDICATES THAT SUCH A CASE MIGHT HAVE BEEN IN THE COURT, who should be John-M-Pombed first?

Should that not be the COURT REGISTRA?!?!

I am a victim of such fraud at the Gulu High Court. My late father was pushing a FRAUD PROCESS against some individuals. They were in Court a few times and by the time he passed over, the process was still on.

NOW TO MY SURPRISE, THERE SEEM TO BE NO RECORD OF THAT CASE IN THE COURT.

Yet, that case has a vital bearing on another fraud case I am currently pushing at the same Gulu Court.

On the wall of the Court is to be read that the Court is seriously fighting corruption, fraud and mal-practices.

Fine. So, in the event of a case file disappearing, how does a Court deal with that? Not fire the registra?

WHICH HEAD SHOULD MOMENTARILY ROLL PENDING INVESTIGATIONS IN SUCH A CASE?
