{UAH} Is there a stop to this nasty cycle of our history?

Obote 1: No elections for 9 years
Reason: Life presidency

Amin: No elections for 8 years
Reason: Life presidency

Museveni: Yes Elections for 26 years excluding the first 5 years, but he must "win" them all , at all cost.
Reason: Life presidency.

Is there a stop to this nasty cycle of our history?
