SV: {UAH} Dats a secondary school in our western uganda

Ogwapiti and UAH folks,

Does this kind of secondary school exists even in Western Uganda, the homes of the RULERS for the continuous 32 years and still counting? Truly M7 and his NRA/M7ism regime must RULE for more years to come!
