{UAH} Age limits: Mr.Simon Okurut on age limit in 2011

"To qualify for nomination either as an MP or presidential candidate, the candidate must have attained A-level or equivalent education; such education should be enough to enable the concerned person to inquire about his personal life including when and where he was born, who his/her parents are in case the parents are no longer there. To see a university graduate claim that he does not know when he was born or where he was born makes it suspect, he must be hiding something, most likely his age and/or his status in the country. In countries with seriousness, it wouldn't take long before the truth is obtained. There was a case of a young man who claimed to be a graduate of Makerere University when he filed his refugee claim; funny enough he asked for services of a translator because he did not understand English well! Guess what, he was deported, one could not have graduated from Makerere unoverosty yet not be able to understand English."---Simon Pour it, 01/07/2011 on UAH
