{UAH} MADVHANI'S LAND-GRAB GUISED AS DEVELOPMENT

About 5 years ago, I recall kabaka Mutebi stated publicly that he was willing to lease land to Mr Madvhani for whatever purpose he wanted it, whether for setting up an industry or for sugar cane plantation. He told Madvhani that his office was open, and for him to just knock ON  the doo for  the negotiations to kick-start. It is 5 years now, and it seems Madvhani has not made any move.  Instead, Kayibanda is sending him over to Amuru. to a land hundreds of miles away from Butare town in Rwanda where he has his own ancestral land.
