{UAH} Ugandans celebrate a new radiotherapy machine on Facebook

You know your country is still in " stone age " the moment people start celebrating a radiotherapy machine to serve a population of 34 million people. It reminds me of my childhood  friends in Kangulumira who knew the owners, the number plates and times of travel of cars in the area.....Tukyali bubi nyo!
