{UAH} Two Of Three Communists To Come To Power In Africa

 Patrice Lumumba and Thomas Sankara are two of only three communists who ever held power in Africa, the other being Samora Machel of Mozambique. The only other communist who came close was Chris Hani, the leader of the South African Communist Party and Commander of the balck liberation army Umkhonto We Sizwe (Spear of The Nation) who who would have succeeded Nelson Mandela, but was murdered by a white fascist conspirator shortly after independence. Most African communists  were murdered by the CIA in collaboration with local traitors as happened to both Lumumba and Sankara

Sankara, a revolutionary figure who is still a hero to many in West Afrika, was killed on October 15, 1987, during the coup that brought his so called "friend" and former comrade-in-arms Blaise Compaore to power.
=====
Likewise with Lumumba, another revolutionary figure was assassinated In January 1961, by troops loyal to Joseph Mobutu (who seized, tortured and murdered Mr Lumumba).

What is the lesson learned here?
