List of Ugandan soldiers that die and those that were injured in the Easter Sunday morning attack by Al-shabab has surfaced.


According to the list seen by Howwe.Biz, the number of injured is more than 10, despite UPDF insisting they were only 6.


The death toll according to the list is at 10.


The deceased have been identified as; 


PTE Mutegeki John, PTE Jakolya Edrisa, WOI Mulamba Grace, PTE Olobo Yona, SGT Lomuria Moses, LT Patrick Malende Mukota, PTE Margaret Birungi, PTE Mugajju Godfrey, PTE Turyamureba Patrick, and CPL Ntaro David, all of the 37 battalion.


Some of the injured are, PTE Okoth Ronald, CAPT Christopher Alii, PTE Mauda Samuel, L/CPL Draku Ayub, CPL Drichi Lagu William,CPL Semogerere Robert, LT Benedicto Je-Je Odong, PTE Mujuni Tinkasiimire Patrick, LT Obed Mworozi, PTE Canwegu Odoch Osbon, PTE Kutoyi Bilali, SGT Barikurahira Silvanus, PTE Ocircan Thorach Francis and PTE Olwol William, also under the 37 Batallion.


These were killed and others injured on Easter Sunday morning, when terrorists under the Al-shabab group attacked AMISOM Forward Operating Bases at Quoroyole, Buoolomere and Golwen in Lower Shabelle Region of Somalia.


According to army Spokesperson Brig. Richard Karemire, eight of the Al-shabab vehicles that included two Vehicle Born Improvised explosives were destroyed. The number of Al-shabab deaths in the attack has also since increased to 36 as reported by the president this morning.
