I FIND THAT DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE. BECAUSE, THAT WOULD IMPLY THAT GULU ALSO HAS SOME KIND OF TOWN / CITY COUNCIL, TOWN / CITY ENGINEER, PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND SOME SORT OF CITY ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT TO OVERSEER ORDER.

WHO THE HELL ALLOW MOTORCYCLES TO BE PACKED ON THE PEDESTRIAN PAVEMENTS?!?!??????

LOOK AT THIS CHAOS TOTAL........, DISORDER!!!

WHAT DO THEY DO IN THAT TOWN / CITY COUNCIL OFFICE?!?!?

THESE TRADERS SHOULD BE FINED FOR BLOCKING ACCESSIBILITY
