KIBULI AND OLD KAMPALA UNITE ON SPECIAL DUWA
The Mufti of Uganda Sheikh Shaban Ramadan Mubajje this afternoon, after Juma prayer, at Old Kampala national mosque, led Muslims into a special duwa for our fallen Muslim comrades and those in detention.
He announced that the duwa should be held in all mosques of Uganda.
Likewise, after the Juma prayer at Kibuli historical mosque, Supreme Mufti Sheikh Sirimaani Kasule Ndirangwa, in presence of Prince Kassim Namkibinge Kakungulu and Prince Khalifani Kakungulu, led a similar prayer.
To observers, this was a positive gesture as most of the victims in previous and present assassinations and Muslims, and most suspects now on remand are also Muslims.
The rest of us should emulate that example.
