[UAH] Obama declaes era in US-Africa relations

Folks;   Obama is right here; Africa needs a hand-up not a hand-out.   The critics who dwell on how little the president has (financially) helped Africa are mostly aid-dependent. Obama is trying to help Africa liberate itself from foreign aid and chart a new course of independence, accountability and transparency.   He who gives you money owes you. But to wean our people from freebies will take time. Take the case of fuel tanker fire in Kampala.   But what a reception Obama received in good ol' Dar!
