[UAH] Do you agree with General Katumba Wamala that General David Sejusa should apologise for the assassination claims he made?

To me Gen Katumba is just excited because of the new appraisal...why didnt he comment before the reshuffle? No. he does not need to apologize for raising legitimate concerns that affect security of our nation and threaten the existence of our constitution. On the contrary the government and particularly the police should apologize to Ugandans for the heavy handediness with which they assaulted media freedoms.
