[UAH] EX-HEAD POLITICAL INTELLIGENCE DESK STATE HOUSE:CHARLES RWOMUSHANA DUMPED IN TRASH CAN

Charles was MUK Charismatic Guild President whose needy students scheme in the 90s was a political innovation. Charles used his brand to over-run Rujumbura political veteran, Athanasius Rutaroh[who was a member of the NRC representing Rujumbura county] in 1994 to be part of the Constituent Assembly (CA) that debated & promulgated the 1995 Constitution complete with 2 Five year Presidential Term Limits.

Gen.Jim Muhwezi through his former crime suspect, Sudir Ruparellia, turned business partner deployed all tribe of financial resources in Rujumbura during the 1996 Parliamentary Election that ended Charles Rwomushana "deadly" rising start but because Jim Muhwezi over estimated Charles he won at a very high cost in financial terms.

President Museveni appointed Charles Rwomushana Resident District Commissioner in Pader & later appointed him a State operative under ISO in charge of The Political Intelligence Desk at State House.

Charles Rwomushana as Head Political Intelligence Desk was instrumental in facilitating President Museveni Repeal Article 269 that locked down any occupant of State House to not more than 2 Presidential Terms. In 2003 Museveni knowing a sizeable chunk of his senior colleagues were opposed to lifting Presidential Term Limits, firebrands like Charles Rwomushana came in handy and Charles coined the famous MALWA GROUP describing a group of Senior Citizens comprising Eriya Kategaya, Richard Kaijuka, Mathew Rukikaire, Amanya Mushega etal opposed to Museveni's appetite to stay in State House.

When Nuwe Amanya Mushega heard that Charles Rwomushana had called them a MALWA GROUP he shot back calling Charles & colleagues CREEPERS.

As usual, like Brig.Tumukunde, David Pulkol, Gilbert Bukenya etal after Museveni using Charles Rwomushana, he flashed him like toilet paper & Charles apart from his engagements on social media is neither here nor there

the dumped ones are so many!!!!!!! Anyone Remembers Hope Mwesigye,the one who actually helped YKM to remove term limits from the constitution? Where is she? I understand YKM sent 3 billion shillings in Sacks to Kabale,her constituency and paid voters not to vote for her.Was it not State house operatives dishing out the money at the Kabale State Lodge? Anyone surprised?
