This is by Concerned Ugandans everywhere and our friends and sympathisers. Please do this with the utmost urgency and pass it on to as many. So when the time comes you will be proud to say that you were part of a good change, instead of regretting why you did not do anything.
Many are in the Diaspora because of such people. Many are at home and in dire straits because of such people.
King Solomon said there is a time to keep quiet and a time to speak. This is the time to speak.
