[UAH] Gen. Tinye fearing arrest?

Folks. Is it true that Gen. Tinye is fearing to return to Uganda? Wasn't it Gen. Tinye who the media reported, commanded the violent arrest of Col. KB, when he declared his intention to stand for Uganda's presidency? For some reasons, I gree with Lt.Col. Paddy Ankunda, not that Tinye is wrong, but that he should stand-up to defend thousands of Ugandans who took his words as gospel truth, and are seeking for further clarifications from the very establishment they may have had trust in?

 

I hope it is not true - having been the coordinator of spies in the country, the Gen. probbaly knows what is waiting for him!
