[UAH] JSC PETITIONS Uhuru to appoint a tribunal to probe Justice Joseph Mutava’s conduct following accusations of corruption, incompetence and bias.

Justice Joseph Mutava is the high court judge who ruled that all cases against Kamlesh pattni of Goldenberg infamy could not continue. Pattni was also granted 4 billion award by retired Justice Torgbor (Ghanaian). So it is good to end the nonsense in the judiciary. Justice Mutava was arrogant telling Kenyans that he was prepared for any eventuality. Now his wish has come to pass. He is done kabisa.

He may fight or can opt to resign. The Kenyan judiciary especially their JSC is tough and determined. Yes Uganda to under Justice James Ogoola Munnange is good, but it needs to be transparent.

Abbey, you are asking many good folks to join UAH, so go ahead and ask for Justice Ogoola, but do not announce his arrival the way you do with other biggies. I think it scares a hell out of them. Let them join without you making any announcement. Online forums are full of wired folks many of whom switch of and on to abuse others without blinking.
