[UAH] Monitor offices surrounded by patriotic forces?

So the Monitor is surrounded by security forces, over 50 of them on orders of Museveni. He issued the order last night at a meeting of the Military High Command. No staff is allowed to leave the Namwongo premises. That have gone to collect the Gen Sejusa letter.This is after Museveni has called and talked to Monitor MD twice ordering him to stop publishing anything about the so- called Muhozi Project. It is a repeat of 2002.
