MPs on the Public Service and Local government Committee distance themselves from a report asking the President to take over the management of KCCA.Mukono Municipality MP, Betty Nambooze Bakireke, who is also the shadow Local Government Minister, says the recommendation was allegedly sneaked into the report. The Committee Report follows a probe into the alleged mismanagement of the City following a petition by KCCA Mayor Erias Lukwago.
