Others are saying that Amin was a saint compared to Museveni given Amin's low level of educations and the fact that he was president decades ago before the digital revolution and when dictatorship in Africa was the order of the day.
Museveni has failed on almost everything:
1. corruption,
2. human rights violations,
3. arbitrary arrests,
4. disregard of rule of law,
5. violations of court orders,
6. unexplained deaths.of people (extra judicial killings),
7. rigging of elections,
8. rotten hospitals,
9. rotten schools,
10. non payment of teachers,
11. nepotism,
12. The list cannot be exhausted as more than 26 yrs clock in with no meaning change.
Concerned citizens are asking that Museveni shouldn't be compared to Amin.
They continue saying that; There can never ever be a President as bad for the country (and continent) as Museveni. Amin was a saint? No an angel.
Even a biased observer would agree that the percentage of the population killed since Museveni came to power exceeds those who were killed during Amin's rule. And yes Museveni had killing fields in Luwero too!

Remember, Museveni always claims, that he has been fighting for 50 years. Fighting with a gun, folks, involves people dying and that's where some people think that in those people claimed to have been killed by Amin, m7 is claiming a hand, and may be Amins name was tarnished, meaning some people believed to have been killed by Amin, Museveniclaims some of them, Maybe he exaggerates – but take 42 years – since 1971. OK? Soooo… all the suffering, all the killings, all the pain in Uganda has had one common denominator. Museveni fighting! Time may one day reveal all. But will it heal all? INTIMIDATION by the Museveni government with the goal to make Monitor think twice before ever again revealing truth.
After Kayihura has violated human rights to heights that fits resignation and imprisonment in democratic countries, he has been promoted to an army General as a reward to further the dictatorial regime. Its true that the army is giving orders in police uniforms, not even Idi Amin did that, Is this a military govt or a democracy that fits m7′s sick mind. Is Kayihura a police man or an army combatant ruling over the muted police?
