[UAH] NEW VISION ACADEMIC FOGERIES: KABUSHENGA STANDS UP

VISION GROUPS' WOES:
I thought Soda w'abakyaala ssemakula was the only one who had issues, but as the saying goes "the fish always starts rotting from the head". Witchcraft, nuggu, forgery,nepotism(religious) etc are eating up this company while Kabushenga fights politicians.

BUKEDDE FM ABBEY KIBIRANGO aka Mr Love is another forgery fugitive right now. Management has already forwarded his case to police, on allegations that he forged a diploma.
Abbey finished his S6 at Nakasero Secondary School, in 1996, then at Mengo near the Kabaka round about, but did not get the required principle passes to take him into a recognized institution for higher learning. He chose to try Trans-continental Institute then along William Street, where he also put up dismal performances.
Management at the institute was forced to let him go due to his dismal performances after 3 yrs, and he was posted to Radio Uganda for internship training, where he performed well on air, but not going to the field, as he did not have the skills to report.
It is here where Monitor fm picked him due to his voice, without checking the inner part of him. He was told to submit in his credential at monitor, but kept dodging this, until when he left in 2008 for new vision.
On joining New Vision, the then HR boss Carol Mboijana demanded for Mr Kibirango's credentials, because he was becoming a news editor. A colleague advised him to pick papers from Nasser road, which he did and submitted.
Trouble starts;
Four years later, Abbey becomes the head of Bukedde fm, and according to the company policy, he was supposed to go for further training either in South Africa, Cardiff or Nairobi for at least 3-6 weeks. When told to submit his papers, the trainers suspected his documents, and he was quietly investigated.
He was subsequently rejected for the training in South Africa due to the forgeries, which also alerted management at the New Vision. He was ordered to clarify on the same, which he has failed.
All this has been kept secret between HR boss Cathy Turinawe, MD Robert Kabushenga and Head of Radio Bill Tibingana, with Police taking up the case.
Love affair in office
To make his fate more clearer, Abbey started falling in love with his subjects. The Vision Group policy is quite about love in the company between bosses and their subjects, which Abby exploited to even wed one of his subjects Faridah. Farida was subsequently given a sales representative role in the radio thereafter. The wedding made management so furious that they did not even send a representative, and Kabushenga was quoted in one of the management meetings on Wednesday as saying "If supervisors are now marrying off subjects, then we are building a collapsing empire" He then ordered the HR to act.
In fighting in radio
Bukedde fm had evidently fallen dismally due to Abbey's failure to contain the fighting forces from affecting the out put. The fight is so much fueled by Jude Matovu, the News Editor, Silaj Kizito, a presenter and Bills Mboijana a promotions assistant.
Only Silaj Kizito, is a strong contender for Abbey's position, as he holds a masters in public administration.
While Jude Matovu is a bachelors holder, Bills Mboijana is a Senior two (S2) drop-out, giving no competition to the post.
Juju in Bukedde
All the fighters have resorted to juju, with Abbey visiting a shrine every weekend on Gayaza road, to plant the chemicals into his desk.
His other counterparts take numerous isits each to shrines in Makindye and Masajja for godly protection and sustainability.
Kabushenga has however vowed to clear out all this kind of rot in the once threatening radio, whch has since gone to the dogs.
