[UAH] patriotism

aha now tell me who is patriotic,the guy who walks-to-work over poor service delivery or the one who asks us to pay for our own national IDs(our own citizenship)? or iam mistaken,we shud pay for everything? by the way what happened to the money that had been set for national IDs?
