violations that include the mayor ecently caught

reading while driving + flashing middle finger to

a female pedestrian when reminded. Additionally 

a Cdn.-Somalian video owner is demanding for

$200,000 for the original video showing mayor Rob

Ford smoking drugs from a glass pipe.
