[UAH] attn; Simeo - Yes Sudanese Govt pple are stealing big time

I have a white friend of mine who does buisness in South Sudan.

 

he told me " Those people are stupid" They are stealing government money Jim" 'their people are the most backward in the region but the govt officials instead of developing their country fast ...they are busy stealing millions of US$".

 

"We are aware they are taking the money to Uganda and kenya to buy property"

 

He then said. "Oh but they are nice people" when he realised what he had said. i.e. his step daughter is married to a luo from here in uganda i.e. he realised the luo connection.

 

Is Uganda keeping tally of all this ill gotten money from South Sudan? Is right for Uganda to accept money stolen from poor people in South Sudan?
