Thanks for showing your concern about the availability of Hotel rooms.  However I would want to set the record straight in your erroneous assumption that this is the first time it's happening in UNAA's history.

Considering that you have been a regular attendee of Conventions, you should have noticed that Minnesota, New York, Boston, Seattle and Chicago had overflow Hotels.  The running out of the Hotel rooms in May could be a harbinger of a great convention in the making.

I am told that it is a very good thing for these Hotel rooms to run out this early because it gives the organizers the ability to foretell and plan for contracting other outflow Hotels.  I have recommended to the Executive and the president in particular 3 Hotels UNAA should engage in order to address this increased demand for Hotel rooms. I await their decision.

 

Here is a history lesson; Detroit-UNAA got into heavy debt because they over contracted and over estimated the Hotel rooms needed. I am not going to do UNAA a disservice by doing the same.
