[UAH] Is it that NRM is rigging?!

When the Spokesperson of a party goes out to tell the world that his party helped one of their candidates to rig an election and that that person went on to become the third most powerful person in the country, then you know you are living in a country of mad people!  What is strange is that the police which is so good at imagining all sorts of horrible scenarios from opposition members and even arrests them for thinking to imagine to dream... has been strangely silent at this confession in the media!  Ofwono Opondo should have at the least been called in to help with investigations.  But then I may be making a mistake believing that the Uganda Police is a national Police force and not a Party organ!
