[UAH] Leave issues of generals to the generals

Hardly month after Gen Sejusa turning amok and divulging what would have probably been consumed from within the confinements of the bigs, it;s worrying for another General to snub the top Gen's offer. As a Christian I get to my knees and ask the Lord for his mercy upon Uganda.
