[UAH] Museveni ranks low in East Africa

The latest Africa Leadership Index report has graded President Yoweri Museveni as having performed poorly in 2012 in matters of governance.The report, which describes President Museveni as a long-time ruler and veteran guerrilla commander, gives him an overall score of D in Africa behind Tanzania's Jakaya Kikwete who scores "C" making him the best president in the East Africa region.
Rwanda's Paul Kagame scores "D+", Kenya's former President Mwai Kibaki scores "D", while Burundi's Pierre Nkurunziza scores outside the main categories of A,B,C and D . The tool weighed indices include the Mo Ibrahim index, the democracy index, the press freedom index, corruption index, Human development index.
