[UAH] My country

this morning i was pulled out of a taxi at Kyambogo while heading to work by KCCA guys who claimed they were collecting "taxi fees." i got chance to ask one of the enforcement officers there why they were pulling us out,all he said was "that is not ours to answer." then i asked him why he and his team would not instead give the offenders tickets like the ones police gives so that everyone can continue working as they pay,he said "abbo tebasasula." now i ask myself,who is greedy?
who wants the country to run well? who is patriotic? who is responsible? coz to me,why would you disorganise business because you sooooo much want money?
i thought it is from them working that you earn the money!
ah anyway thats Uganda
