who is responsible/patriotic?
a month ago i went past St.Mary's Kitende to a hosana estate to visit a friend who had had an accident,to my dismay water in that area is collected from a well some distance from the estate.when i inquired about it,thats what i was told.more to it,a concerned member of that community once went even upto the water board to find out why they cannot get piped water to the area,first the manager got lost then when asked.....the local council person said the people will have to wait five years to recieve piped water in the area.
now i ask,is there no budget for such?
who will come to these people's rescue?
the area is not so far from Entebbe road,but why cant it recieve safe water?
does anyone care anyway?
