FIRST, for years now I have rejected to respond to your always very highly anti-OLARA Otunnu, but I have been forced since my conscience cannot accept it since I had been highly pushed by this latest utterance of yours.

Unfortunately, it were those very same South – Western Uganda folks from RUKUNGIRI those concealed the NRA/M7ism genocide when they started fighting an elected UPC government.

SECOND, it was not OLARA Otunnu who carried the GUN to start bombing military barracks, but it were the likes of Col. MANDE Samson, RWAKASISI, and or the late GEN. NSHEKA (RIP) himself who concealed the NRA/M7ism from you members of the NASA, the very UPC government intelligent agency that was led by RWAKASIS. Why did you NASA folks fail to arrest those who were sabotaging the UPC government from within from Ankole, Buganda, and Kigezi districts, the very home villages of the NRA/M7ism banditry?

LASTLY, it is quite unfortunate again, that you are pointing your finger to the wrong direction. I think, OLARA Otunnu cannot do that since the likes of Rwakasisi, Rurangaranga, Mayega, including Akena OBOTE MP, and former UPC National Chairman Haji Wegulo are already inside the NRA/M7ism.

GOOD DAMN it, look here lately OLARA Otunnu came out with a negotiation or call, it a reconciliation plan to get into talking term with MENGO establishment. He got complete resistance and complete opposition from within the UPC party by none other than Akena OBOTE MP and his main political protégé Adhola Yoga who calls himself the UPC party Chief Ideologue!

RUKUNGIRI, had a good UPC political base and arithmetic but they have been submerged by some short-sighted Generals who thought if the NRA/M7ism come to power they would own the Uganda State forever. You can see even in their political elections patents since the NRA/M7ism they had been voting NRA/M7ism than most areas of Uganda. The question; had the concealment of the NRA/M7 banditry got anything to do with OLARA Otunnu who was even not in Uganda at the time?

I must state that, it were you the NASA folks with your leader who failed your duties to protect the well-beings of Ugandans and I think you were a disgrace to the person who appointed you!

I intended to respond to this death yesterday, but the weekend has failed to be time friendly so allow me a late response.  There are a few very interesting things on this death and today let me go after only two, and with time I will go back and pick up from where I will leave this thread.

 

1} It is very interesting that Olara Otunnu sells himself as a man to unite the party but a man that is not anti Obote with the family, yet Olara Otunnu in his capacity as a party president let alone UPC as a party is not up and in arms in announcing this death. You see Muzeyi Wilson Nseka is or was a very die hard UPC member, a man who was among the high end  Bahororo that AMO relied on to get Rukungiri elect the party. Among that class was Reverend Katugugu, Kitaburaza, Kabonero who moved to Ntungamo, Muzeyi Aronda {The father of General Aronda} Rwabugaire and Kavuye to name but a few. Without these Bahororos working day and night, there was no UPC winning Rukungiri but DP. Now when one of them die as Wilson Nseka has died, one would expect UPC to stand up but high in announcing his death and Olara Otunu should have been up and front on this death than Samson Mande in Stockholm. And that is the difference of AMO's UPC and Olara Otunu' s UPC but a clear example of how Olara Otunu has made it an official job to go after the AMO UPC but destroy anything that got touched by AMO's family. The death of Wilson Nseka should have been center and forward/up and front of Uganda house today, and it simply isn't. Which brings me to number 2.

 

2} When you go back and read what you posted from Samson Mande, it all reads very fine for there is a man that has lost some one in Uganda. But when you are a critical thinker like myself  you read every posting three times before you delete it. I read your posting 4 times and in all times it looked funny. Why? For Samson Mande has lost some one and is announcing the death of a man that is so close to him to a point that he is collecting Amabugo and prayers were held in his house on Friday. Now what is missing in the Samson Mande's writing? He does not indicate the relationship of him to the dead. Does that make any firkin sense to any of you out there? Do we simply jump on all dead people and we offer our houses for prayers and we hand out bank accounts for people to send Amabugo? Why did Samson Mande refuse to indicate who Wilson Nseka is to him? Why is this becoming a first death announced in these forums where the relationship of the dead and the man announcing it is cut out?

 

Because secretly in Sweden Samson Mande is depicting himself as a son of a one Mr. Wilson Nseka that died, and those in Sweden that go to visit him are going to visit him for we have a Ugandan in Stockholm that lost his father in Uganda.  So the question then becomes, why does Samson Mande announce a death of his father in Stockholm but not on UAH? Because he knows that UAH is a forum of critical thinkers that go an extra mile to find out who is who and he did not want his secret blown up large. You see as all Rwandese that immigrated or got born into Uganda, they grow up into some Ugandan home, Samson Mande ended up growing into Nseka's home,  so  Nseka became a father figure to him but not a biological father. The moment we accept Samson Mande to be a son of Wilson Nseka we must go an extra mile and accept a second Rwandese, we must accept Yoweri Museveni to be a son of Muzeyi Byanyima. When we refuse to accept Museveni as a son of Muzeeyi Byanyima, Colonel Samson Mande cannot be a son of Wilson Nseka, a very reason Nseka is posted with no relationship affiliation to Samson Mande.
