{UAH} Age & Term Limits in 'Uganda'

Fellow citizens and friends,

While people wish Benjamin Odoki would be man enough above those 'sleeping many' in Uganda, he like most are simply as mad as the nation - the Republic. He after all, never made the 1995 NRA constitution - it was created in the 'bush'. 

Which constitution would survive the test of time, created after 10 years of a military dictatorship, with political parties banned and a 'constituency assembly' supposedly 'elected' - on individual merit - without political parties' input. An assembly in which parties  were 'officially' slotted 2 seats against 10 for soldiers? Typical Ugandans, many clapped, because it served their purposes against 'others'. 

If anything, the nuanced 'target' for term limits was poor Milton Obote, then holed up in exile in Zambia from where 'others' thought he was a keen returnee to the 'hot seat' - he was not! Even my so called 'learned' friends then at the table disregarded whether or not Obote 1 and Obote 2 could qualify for legal consensus as two terms...The 'target' for age limit was poor Milton Obote, for some thought the Old man desired further come backs. He did not - he simply wanted to see a free Uganda for posterity - I know.

Uganda, a country where even women and men of 'God' fall for dime? Next time, fellow citizens, consider, look slightly further and, just believe in better.
