{UAH} At Shs 15tn, Uganda’s debt worries experts

The last time Uganda's debt was forgiven in the HIPC (Highly Indebted Poor Countries) initiative, Museveni immediately bought himself a spanking new jet. Some in US Congress questioned, but the Black Caucus, led by a dubious character who is now in jail, fought it off. One reason given was security.
